- No Diversity in Leadership and Engineering - Too many new hires too quickly. People have mostly stopped trying to met others outside of their team. - NYC Office is right next to Times Square. Rush hour is the worst. - French/American cultural differences that are not discussed causing some problems. Paris holds the second largest engineering office.

CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
