Diversity and inclusion is something we're incredibly passionate about as a company, and it is behavior that we're working to correct—internally from leadership down through unconscious bias trainings, and externally in partnering our recruiting efforts with organizations and events that service underrepresented communities. We strive to better balance our teams.
As a company we place a lot of value in our office culture—the relationships that it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. This is why we operate in a hybrid work environment and ask employees to come into the office three days a week to continue building those relationships we've missed out on in the last 2 years. As we continue to grow, we're constantly reviewing our hiring, processes, and company policies to ensure we're building the best workplace and culture we can for our employees. And while we're never going to be perfect, we will continue to strive to be better. So thank you again for sharing this feedback, it truly helps us see where we have room to improve and grow.
