We strive to better balance our teams. As a company we place a lot of value in our office culture—the relationships that it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. This is why we operate in a hybrid work environment and ask employees to come into the office three days a week to continue building those relationships we've missed out on in the last 2 years. As we continue to grow, we're constantly reviewing our hiring, processes, and company policies to ensure we're building the best workplace and culture we can for our employees.
