Workload Work life balance is simply not a thing. Management drank the koolaid and will micromanage you. You will simply be a number here and always threaten to fire you or put you on a pip. New managers act like everything they do you have to do. Boston office was peak toxic

CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
