- The people are great, up for the challenge of growing with the company and working together to make things better for everyone - There are good opportunities in which to make a difference and progress throughout - Interesting, complex product offering with lots to get stuck into

Minpunten

- At the size that the company is, change to processes can be slower (this is not always a con, as it's clear there is heavy consideration to make the right change) - Due to the complex product offering, can take a long time to be fully productive after hire, meaning that even with growth there can still be a strain on existing teams

CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
