Even when you had found a solution (orally). They would constantly say A and write down B. Untrusty environment. - High school lunch social structure. Competences and experiences do not matter here. Don't you deer bringing up ideas or questions; you will be mocked. - Random evaluations: if they feel like not evaluating you, they will postpone it to next year. Because they can. - No growth environment. The less you do, the safer you are. Only intern growth for usefull idiots and deepcleaners
