many projects, many different teams/people, you can find anything you want, thus, mostly ok as in any other modern IT company

Minpunten

salary is middle (or sometimes lower) of the market if compare with another companies, as in any other big company not not easy to grow - especially with new bad tendency of inner promotion process after the company went to IPO
