They are adopting latest technologies and encouraging people to learn as much. clear focus on automation clear hr and qa policies and processes Company has a bunch of dedicated and resourceful employees on all major accounts which drive the deliveries. Poor performers are given enough chances and time on projects to improve before they are asked to leave many opportunities for business travels, may get opportunity to relocate

- clients are given top priority, but that works negatively sometimes during deadlines. push backs are less, so customers are usually happy too - some technical DMs here have behaviour issues and have no people management skills, and some PMs lack technical skills - both are COMMON with any other company. It is a pity reading other Glassdoor reviewers' entries about EPAM that these managers are the root cause of their miseries and performance issues :-) - Car parking, last heard they are moving to a new facility
