      Well defined performance review and estimation process. Plenty options to learn new stuff. Benefits are ok. Software engineers are smart because of good recruiting & interviews process.

      Minpunten

      Compensation package usually contains base salary. Base salary usually a bit lower then market average. No periodical bonuses, assets. Engineers are very dependent on customer's environment, processes and policies.

Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
