- Big company - Different projects - In-house learning courses - MSDN subscription for every .Net developer - Corporate hosted resources (git, crucible, jira, confluence, etc.) - EPAM Cloud with pre paid time for every employee - Office 365 and one drive subscription

Minpunten

- Outsourcing is the main focus, there are no box products (at least I have not heard about them) - Totally different approach for every customer, meaning every time you change project you have to adjust to new anvironment - Many of the customers are located in other cities, sometimes you have to go for Business Trips

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Minpunten

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
