EPAM India has gone through a major shift in adopting to the Engineering culture and delivery practices of Global EPAM. Our hiring process for laterals and campus hires has completely transformed as we look for strong software engineering fundamentals in those whom we hire. We have added quiet a few Senior Managers at Director level to strengthen the leadership and are still acquiring new leadership capabilities in various practices like SFDC, DEP etc 3) We are transforming the way we do the delivery and customer engagement. Implementing a project structure that is led by flat hierarchy led by Delivery Manager. 4) EPAM India offer 20 earned leaves plus 12 additional holidays. We do have benefits like Medical Insurance of 5lac SI, GTLI matching 3 times CTC, GPA etc. We have a welfare fund that grants emergency loans and organise various welfare related activities. 5) Thank you for the feedback related to structure of a team and that is where we re heading.
