      Het wordt een jaar lang werken bij EPAM als fulltime medewerker. Het was een uitstekende ervaring om met deze organisatie te werken 1. Evenwicht tussen werk en privé, zeer georganiseerd projectbeheersproces 2. Blootstelling aan de nieuwste tools / technologieën, leren en ontwikkeling voor elke werknemer wordt gepland en uitgevoerd 3. Het leiderschapsteam is gericht op het bouwen van goed presterende Agile-teams 3. Sluit de wereldwijde gemeenschap, open forums om talent te laten zien en leer van elkaar met behulp van platforms zoals code kata, code dojo enz. 4. Regelmatig verbinding maken vanuit leiderschap om alle medewerkers in hetzelfde inzicht te houden 5. Uniforme look en feel in alle EPAM-kantoren, geweldige infrastructuur 5. En de belangrijkste, geweldige mensen van EPAM die er altijd zijn om elkaar te helpen en hun kennis te delen

      Ik geniet momenteel van mijn verblijf bij EPAM, dus ik kan niets zien. Houd je op de hoogte als ik iets tegenkom.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
