Pluspunten
- salaries are generally in-line with the market, only slight difference between projects/offices - bonuses are good if you get the right project and work well - people are very bright and open-minded - a lot of good trainings/mentoring. Conferences/tech exams are partially compensated too.
Minpunten
- tough call for Senior technical people to choose between management (e.g. losing tech skills) and purely technical job (some growth prospects will be blocked then). - a large portion of middle managers have no idea of what they are doing - somewhat dominated by people from Belarus - however, improving on this point lately - outdated technology on some projects
