Very Good work culture You get good brand name in your CV like Google , Goldman Sachs ,BlackRock ,London Stock Exchange ,etc. Managers seen till now are polite , haven't had any issue with base company's managers , they treat you well. Haven't been to office coz of Covid , so no idea abt EPAM ppl's internal work culture. On bench you get time to skill up enough to give your self confidence in the interview. Rapidly increasing its workforce right now

Work culture with clients could be hell Managers of clients could be bad , spoiling work culture. Leaves are less ,however it is changing from 2022 (Not sure if it has increased/haven't checked )

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
