      Leadership has made great strides in acquiring and maintaining talent. As a result, I have had the opportunity to work with some incredibly smart and talented individuals. The work environment values experimentation and growth.

      Consulting is challenging. I think some may find it easier to be on the client side.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
