      Sometimes you need be proactive and ask necessary questions to necessary people to get an information, however it's possible; There is some bureaucracy in the St Pete office - you need get many approvals for different actions, but it's just a big company. Not a huge problem,

Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth.
