Provides clear pathways for career progression with roles that allow both technical and managerial growth, like my journey toward Engineering Manager.

      haven’t encountered any major cons. Like any growing organization, there can be challenges, but EPAM provides a supportive environment to address and overcome them

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Minpunten

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
