Too many cons to list here. The company is not making money and is at a huge loss. They also don't pay good salary so people leave as you are expected to work over 50hrs sometimes. The management on the other hand doesn't do any work or take any decisions but just attends meetings and forwards emails. The processes in this company are basically non existing. Every team makes there own processes without consulting others. This results in chaos and absolute anarchy. There is no culture of team work but only to pump your own career which is why people who are less competent but good with their boss get promoted.
