Very nice benefits package. Work Life balance is probably the best in the industry.

Minpunten

What started out so promising has somewhat fizzled due to young, inexperienced management at all levels. Drive by financials, most decisions are based upon profits only and not market share or the real world. This is far from a sales driven organization.

Edrington is a really true caring company of their employees by understanding their needs and supporting them when needed. During my tenure there (5.5 years) I had the opportunity to meet with great leaders. The products are also fantastic, and the Giving More culture resonated a lot with my own personal beliefs.

Minpunten

It is a flat organization, so it becomes difficult to achieve a higher position in general. However, the company gives other ways to compensate this by giving you stretch assignments or the opportunity to expand your role when needed.
