Executive team is really slow moving, no big ideas or inspiration to drive the business Upper management is narrow minded and slows the global business down Wrong people hired in critical roles just because they have been in the company Poor pay, 50th percentile benchmarking when competitors are at 75th D&I agenda purely gender based, no other diversity/inclusion targeted

Edrington is a really true caring company of their employees by understanding their needs and supporting them when needed. During my tenure there (5.5 years) I had the opportunity to meet with great leaders. The products are also fantastic, and the Giving More culture resonated a lot with my own personal beliefs.

Minpunten

It is a flat organization, so it becomes difficult to achieve a higher position in general. However, the company gives other ways to compensate this by giving you stretch assignments or the opportunity to expand your role when needed.
