Poor new leadership being hired from different trade with bad judgement in bringing the brand forward. No empathy shown by the new leadership Unconscious bias clearly shown by the new leaders. Unfair treatment for ex employee to be ban from purchasing product from the Macallan shop.

Edrington is a really true caring company of their employees by understanding their needs and supporting them when needed. During my tenure there (5.5 years) I had the opportunity to meet with great leaders. The products are also fantastic, and the Giving More culture resonated a lot with my own personal beliefs.

Minpunten

It is a flat organization, so it becomes difficult to achieve a higher position in general. However, the company gives other ways to compensate this by giving you stretch assignments or the opportunity to expand your role when needed.
