The hours are Flexible, which is nice. Colleague are nice

Gap between upper management and the sales team. Issues are frequently attributed solely to sales, even when they arise from broader organisational problems, such as, a buggy and unreliable database. Despite these challenges, the responsibility for performance often falls entirely on the sales department. While open communication is encouraged "in theory", in practice, perspectives that don't align with management are often labelled as negative. Those who challenge the status quo may be side lined, while those with low expectations or who simply go along with leadership tend to be more readily accepted. Let's be clear they won't grow... but they'll be accepted

West team management is heavy on micromanagement and sets unrealistic territory targets without rep input — high turnover, and long tenure in company seems to shield this manager from accountability and growth
