Great campus, generous benefits (except vacation), and you work along aide smart, driven people. Most of the work is independent and problem-solving focused.
Minpunten
The flat structure doesn’t allow for much professional growth. It also centralizes decision making to just a select few, which has lead to bizarre policy decisions (see forcing staff back to work during a pandemic). As the company has grown, its started to drown in bureaucracy and unnecessary processes. It’s also becoming increasingly clear upper mgmt doesn’t trust its employees at all and seems to actively take steps against them (see Epic bs Lewis Supreme Court case as an example of how far they’ll take their fight). It was a better company to work for when it was smaller.
