Pluspunten
- A good place to start for junior employees or for people who want to get in the martech/adtech industry - The company has a wide range of data and the research capability is superb. - The Publicis CEO in Paris is well respected and he seems pretty humane. They have done a lot of training for equality and diversity recently (not sure if it is really disseminated across the company though) - Unlimited PTO (but not in Epsilon or Publicis)
Minpunten
Inconsistent leadership quality is the biggest problem for this company. This situation seems prevalent across teams. Some teams are too process-driven even they are not in the operations. Middle management and some senior leaders are not good at making decisions timely or afraid of taking risks, and that behavior has resulted in delayed communications or creating distrust internally and externally down the road. The long-term damage is profound and it is challenging for employees to do their best in their jobs. High turnover rate is pretty common, especially in product and client facing teams. It feels like this problem has been there since the company has started to grow, but it never gets resolved. Pay is okay but not competitive for a tech company. Insurance is more expensive that other companies I have worked for. Benefits overall are average.
