Since salary increases are only given for A++ performance ratings, you really need to negotiate well when joining the company. Decision-making is slow, and getting approvals takes too long. Career progression is unclear, and promotions take longer than expected

The interview process was well organized, and the team was professional and friendly throughout all stages. The technical discussions were interesting and gave a positive impression about the company culture and technologies used. However, despite the positive experience, I received a rejection after the process, and the feedback could have been more detailed.
