Interesting work with a lot of smart people. Lots of managers reasonable and care. 401k match. Pension.

Minpunten

Minimal accountability from much management above Section Mgr. Like begets like, so many upper managers are clones, and many of them do not display or value core values that are preached. There are noticeable exceptions and they are value. Comments about business process offshoring resulting in barriers to getting job done are true.

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
