The company has good culture and provide all necessary training. Colleagues are great. Activities and starting bonus benefits are awesome. You have to do job rotation at every few years. Travel opportunity is plently.
Minpunten
It depends on how lucky you are when they place you in the first IT team - SAP ones are lucky and only in-house applications and operations are not as much. Often intelligent people move out after a few years since job promotion is usually up to supervisory level. People normally stay for benefit at later years without working as much so others people feel demotivated.
