the pay is above average, he management is honest for the most part, good business ethethis but not straightforward with emloyees. good office environment, private offices not cubicles

Minpunten

Computer science people just carry water for the engineers. All decision making is the engineers, they are better paied as well. Maganement (line supervisors) are rewarded for building the career of one or two people, the rest be damed, no oppertunity at all.

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
