One fifth of the working population is made of middle managers, aged about 45 and who have spent very little in updating their competences, that are obsolete and out of market. They won't leave the company and act as a barrier to the bottom-up growth. The company self-proposes as innovative, but the last innovation taken to the market was in 2006.
