The Amsterdam Office, formerly Sentinels, had a very nice vibe. Overall is compensation pretty solid.

Minpunten

Company direction is unclear. Changing direction every other week. Leadership days one thing and does the other things. Reorgs and layoffs happen all of a sudden without clear reasoning.

Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
