The atmosphere within the company is extremely negative. Most people engage in indirect fights with each other. If you're seeking a toxic environment to battle in, then this company is for you. The entire company works in silos, with no willingness to collaborate. Company lacks structure when it comes to projects and responsibilities. Instead of letting people go, the company actively seeks ways to make them resign. They have elaborate operations to identify who might leave, and those who express dissatisfaction with the company's direction are often the first to be let go. There are 2-3 groups of people who have been with the company forever, yet they lack competence in their roles and are way behind the market. Surprisingly, they end up being your bosses.
