Pluspunten
I have been with FireEye for close to 3yrs at their HQ. Some of the pros include good compensation, very good insurance plans, decent office space, great location.
Minpunten
The environment at HQ is extremely stressful and harmful. The HR looks completely out of shape and are not available or reachable for normal employees. They preach something and practice something else. Lay offs are the most common thing one would hear at FireEye. Employees are literally thrown out for reasons unknown. Participating in surveys is useless. I always wondered why FireEye is not profitable but it is evidently clear with poor management skills, it is impossible to be successful. No, I would never recommend even my enemy to FireEye. Not a place worth risking your peace of mind.
