-Team culture is good -Diversity and inclusion is slowly ramping up but still not there after 4 years since I worked here -WFH with some flexibility based on your team -If you're lucky, maybe you get a decent manager but most are inexperienced

Minpunten

-Global team lacks transparency and communication -Low salary compared to industry avg. They changed compensation to equity and no raise for 2021 and beyond to retain talent when it's a reverse where people will leave with no upfront incentive to feel rewarded after a rough 2020 -No promotion opportunities- some people get promoted every year while others don't get any promotion after 4 years or more. -Lots of politics and favoritism in this company -Growth is limited in a small team regardless how hard you work -HR business partners are horrible- they are super fake and not helpful. I rather work with robots than deal with them- just automate this function bc clearly the people you hire aren't good at what they do anyway -Constant reorgs and setting new expectations to prevent you from growing -Regardless of new graduates or experience hire - your growth and value is limited in this company if you aren't locates in the HQ so this is just a stepping stone

Pluspunten

There are some genuinely nice people here but that is the only real positive. Even they are slowly leaving because the culture has become too toxic to stay in.

Minpunten

Highly political culture with no real promotions. Leadership is insecure, ego driven, and more focused on protecting themselves than supporting employees. Micromanagement is constant, communication is poor, and priorities shift without explanation. Quiet layoffs happen with no transparency and usually protect the same small group. The new US marketing lead has made the culture even worse. He was difficult to work with before and has only become more problematic in a higher role. There is constant questioning, no clear vision, and nonstop steering that sends teams in circles. It is hard to understand how he keeps moving up the ladder despite repeated negative scores and consistent employee feedback. Independent analysis, including the Grizzly Research report, highlights similar issues such as unstable leadership, lack of direction, and a business that feels like it is declining. What the report describes matches what employees experience inside the company. Even if the CEO or HR choose to ignore these problems, they remain the reality employees deal with every day.
