Co-Workers can be a hindrance or a nuisance, and even if you report them, nothing is done.
Upper Management tends to shuffle people around because they made a mistake and didn’t delegate enough people to a line, and start pulling from other lines, and get upset when the pace slows down. They always assume the worst and do not engage with workers like they should be doing.
The Line leads are expected too much of and a lot of the time communication is lacking from Area Manager to Line Lead to the point that some Line Leads don’t have anything they can say because they are afraid to say anything.
