Management decided to force everyone to work on-site 4 days a week, one of which HAS to be a day on the weekend for 2 out of the 4 weekends in a month. We have gone from 2 days a week on site to 4 days a week. There is nothing about the job that requires you to be on-site. They are encouraging us to go on-site for even MORE days to "show you're ready for the next level". Clearly they have no idea how to measure performance. There is insane turnover here for all professional positions and ZERO documentation and training. Don't accept a job here without having a very clear goal for yourself because the goal posts will be moved every 3 days.
