- No L&D budget anymore . Company discontinued this. - No home office budget anymore. - Flexible hybrid policy is not flexible afterall . Management is pushing employees to come to office 5 days a week . The middle managers are sending threatening emails to employees that they would get terminated if not obliged . - Very stressful environment , the management does not want people who want to have work life balance . - People are continuously put on PIP and being force to sign mutual termination agreement - blind faith in middle management. - Continuously restructuring, i had 7 managers in the span of 3 years. Each managers has different expectations which makes being promoted almost impossible.
