- TOXIC.
- hours are 9-6, PTO policy is awful
- HR is abominable, they do not care about the welfare of employees
- They pretend to care about your growth while gaslighting you to do "stretch opportunities" that never lead to anything other than free labor
- Leadership has no concept of humanity or compassion, it's like working for robots
- They pretend to champion collaboration while also keeping teams deeply divided and cherry-picking what information is shared between teams
- Micromanagement is rampant
- Leadership seemingly has no clue about what their teams do on a day-to-day basis, so they make decisions in a vacuum because lower-level employees (the ones actually doing the work) don't get a seat at ANY table
- Union busting at the distribution centers!
