Pluspunten

Good annual bonuses. Customers security is #1 priority even at the cost of being counter productive. You get to learn about Chinese culture.

Minpunten

The management philosophy is keep China happy at all cost or there will be severe punishment. Very dictatorship mentality. Workers are treated as objects and under appreciated. They would never survive having a Tier 1 customer like AT&T.
