      Pluspunten

      Ambitieus, groeiend bedrijf waar je samenwerkt met heel veel verschillende bedrijven. Je leert hun uitdagingen kennen, dus hier werken was heel leerrijk en ik had veel variatie. Je wordt begeleid om snel verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, je kan snel groeien. Super tof, jong bedrijf dat heel veel aandacht aan zijn werknemers schenkt om het een aangename werkplek te maken.

      Minpunten

      Je moet wat moeite doen om een goede work-life balance te behouden, er is altijd voldoende werk, je bent nooit klaar. Maar als je goede afspraken maakt, tijdig hulp vraagt, is het heel goed doenbaar.

      - Great place to learn/build a foundation. - Get to touch lots of projects and some cool clients - Cool office and perks - Great people and collaborative vibe - Ability to grow and specialize role based on strengths, experience and interests - Working for another vendor after this and also going client side you see that they really "get it", do things the right way and have a solid process to ensure quality work and you learn good habits after moving on.

      - Pay is just ok - Depending on manager/team, experiences can vary - Occasional long hours, but no more or less than rest of industry
