      Global company. Other than that very difficult to think of a pro.

      Minpunten

      Lack of support. Culture of fear that percolates right from the top. Also a monkey say monkey do culture. An HR department that does what it is told.

      Great team/people. Cutting edge technologies. Fantastic Agile framework. They actually follow the process! They really care about animals.

      Minpunten

      The BSA position is odd, since you're not actually gathering requirements from the stakeholders. You get them from the Product Owner. You still refine the stories and discuss as a team and clarify things and questions go back to the stakeholders if needed. VERY low pay.
