Pluspunten

Can command a decent salary if you negotiate at the start but don't expect a low salary to be corrected further down the line. Some really good people.

Minpunten

Misogynistic environment, more partners called Michael than women. Too much direction from CH or India, dreadful internal communications - worst ever. No intranet, no access to internal policies, HR that are sided with the leadership. Lots of stale older men running the show. Very much about providing jobs for the boys.
