Pluspunten

You can gain knowledge by attending various training.

Minpunten

1. Annual hikes are very very low. (5% for most of the employees) 2. Approval policies sucks like anything. Even for installing one software for your learning purpose on Infy machines u need numerous approvals and even after that you dont get it installed on your system. 3. Leaves are very less. Paternity leave is only 1 day. 4. Undoubtedly, salary is very very less. 5. For getting free vouchers for writing any external certifications, you have to take Manager's approval in response to which they say,"why do u want to give this certification. Are your skills matching to it?".
