Pluspunten

- You have the chance to learn. - You can be sent onsite - You get social security and some other perks. - Depending on the project, stability. - You get paid on time.

Minpunten

- Low number or projects - Employees are seen as an asset, not as a person. - When they send you onsite, it is basically on your own. - Salary raises are almost non existent. - You have to pay to park your car in either the facilities or a shopping mall. - Growth is almost non existent, unless you're friends with your boss. - They might hire you for a project and you might end up doing something unrelated to that. - Even though it is an international branch of the company, it is India-centric. - Bureaucracy for everything. - Bathrooms doesn't have liquid soap, and even paper.
