Infosys does not provide any reason to continue working for them. The work culture is similar to just ano other Indian IT company and compensation packages are also similar.

Minpunten

Appraisal processes are not fair and competent people are not given a fair chance for growth. Mediocre and work shirkers sail in the same boat as the Intelligent and hardworking do. Project Management is not result oriented and hence rework and schedule slippages are common.
