Pluspunten

Good training facility Good Infrastructure NRN yes Good place to start your career but make sure you leave within a year

Minpunten

Bad working environment Powered by certification, Driven by policies Management does not know how to control 1lac people so they randomly make some policies and try it out on employees Certification - 2 certification per year and if you do not complete them, no pay hike, no promotion. Does not matter even if u r high performer...Its driven by certification 9.25 hr per day - u need to stay minium 9.25 hr per day in office, even though u don't have any wrk, even you are on bench...they say that 8 per day is for work, 1.25 if for your lunch and breakfast... time spent in toilet is 10 min, 20 min for sutta, 30 min in personal stuff, 1 hr in gossiping...so in future they might ask you to work for 11.25 hrs per day In one line - A place full of crap policies

Pluspunten

Job stability – Infosys is known for long-term employment and steady projects. Strong brand value – Having Infosys on your resume adds credibility and global recognition. Good learning opportunities – Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and training programs (especially for freshers). Global exposure – Opportunities to work with international clients and global delivery teams. Structured processes – Well-defined policies, documentation, and governance. Work-life balance (project dependent) – Many teams offer reasonable working hours. Employee benefits – Health insurance, paid leaves, and wellness initiatives. Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Minpunten

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
