      Pluspunten

      Excellent Campus maintained like a 5 star Hotel. Mysore campus is 7 star palace/resort. Chance to work in multiple Technologies/Customers/Team in short span of time. Atleast 1 year of onsite(Foreign) work oppurtunity within first 5 years of service. Salary is equal to other Indian IT companies and Lay-offs of confirmed employees are lower than global IT companies. Respect for the Brandname and chairman among public/Media/Industry. No 1 IT service company in ASIA interms of Net profit.

      Minpunten

      promotions and salary are based on Halfyearly Exams and Attendance like Kinder garden schools. Staying late night and praising your superiors are mandatory in this workculture like Political parties. Salary is lower than foreign IT companies in India and Govt of India (after 6th pay commission). Campuses are located far away from city/residential area. Employees need to pay for Bus,gym,Food which are costlier than market rate. Freshers are hired with no proper test/interview and fired after 4 months if they fail in Tech exam .

      Low salary Terrible company politics Made fake promises around h1b filing but had to get exceptions and so much follow up and stuff to get it approved. Most managers dont give a s**** about your well being at all and they dont take your side when you are working with clients. If your client is miserable then your life is also miserable. The HR is also useless and incompetent for the most part. You cant even get screens and other equipments for your work. You need to go through ten rounds of some dumb approvals and what not and then even after that its not guaranteed. All the benefits I got were because I had good relations with my manager but this shouldnt be the case. Every employee should be treated equally.
