1. Discontinued car loan and home loan 2. Variable component of the total compensation is very high 3. CRR process is not totally objective. It is still subjective 4. Onsite opportunities have reduced a lot and those who are at onsite continue there without rotation 5. Lateral hires are paid higher salary than the existing employees 6. No more ESOPs 7. Work-Life balance is not good 8. No facility of working from home. 8. Tight timelines of delivery. 9. Middle Management is bad 10.No flexible working hours
