Pluspunten

1. The people who has 3 yrs experience in infosys, the compensation is somewhere 5 lpa. But after completing the Bridge Program ,one can get 100% hike.(Max 7.5Lpa if current salary less than 7.5 else 10% hike on 7.5 lpa) 2. I was selected for Bridge program, but due to covid the training was delayed for 6-7 months. If a person is having 1 yrs exp in test engineer role then he/she can apply for bridge program and will get 100% hike if selected. One of the easiest way to increase salary. Close to 7-8k people participate for this exam, but only 2 % gets selected. 3. One of best corporate trainer(Infosys Training). 4. Good Word Life Balance . it also depends upon project/teams. 5. I love the culture of this company.
