-Company really give you a chance to learn -No overtime in general, if needed, they pay you the extra hours -Food bonuses -Home office 100% Definitely in Monterrey México, this is one of the best places to work, in my case I had to leave infosys but I really miss work life balance of this company, it is one of the biggest pros, they really care about it. There are people that don't want to invest their time in learning about the project assigned and want to get all benefits from the beggining, the truth is that in the first 6 months you will have to learn about and you will feel like you are under pressure, but after a year, you will work smoothly
