Pluspunten

ok if you want to get your foot in the door for a tech job, and an ok option if you are a foreigner looking for visa based work. There are pipelines for different career paths in the company.

Minpunten

Bad if you sign a two year contract with a tens of thousands of dollars in retainer. Company is very unorganized, and often softly threatens employees for issues arising from their employee web applications malfunctioning, which happens very very often. Raises are also dependent on how many courses you complete on their education portal but it is unclear how those courses are accepted or count towards your raise. They pay 1/2 the average rate for their SDEs, but expect you to be open to work with offshore employees at any time of the day or night, and move to any city at any time to work for a client.
