Pluspunten

No pros, i couldn't give zero star else I would have given that

Minpunten

If you're considering joining Infosys, DON'T. This company has become a complete disaster, treating employees like disposable assets. Recently, Infosys changed its policies and started mass firing employees—not because of performance issues, but simply because they didn’t have enough projects to allocate. Why hire people in the first place if you can’t even provide them work? This is nothing but fraudulent hiring to make their books look good. New hires are immediately put on the bench with little to no opportunities. Imagine joining with hope, only to be given one or two client interviews in three months—and when that doesn’t work out, HR suddenly informs you that "tomorrow is your last day." No proper notice, no effort to help employees find projects—just a cold, robotic termination. Some employees aren’t even allowed to complete their three-month probation or notice period before they’re kicked out. The sheer lack of ethics and professionalism is shocking. Infosys is no longer the company it once was. If you value job security, respect, and fair treatment, STAY AWAY.
